At Kuka Bath, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition and packaging, with the original receipt included.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged, installed, missing packaging, or without a valid proof of purchase.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
